"content": "do not do that, we will be having problems of masses who will not understand what this is all about. This Motion, therefore, calls for an overhaul in the education system. This is a requirement because if we do not change the education system, we will not understand what it means to have a new Constitution. Today, even as we go home, we will meet people who are of the view that we are fighting other people. You have your own position as a Senator which is different from a Governor. Some people do not know the role of a Governor, Senator, Member of a County Assembly (MCA) and the President. Some do not even know their Senators. They do not know the equivalent of an MCA at the national Government. This is what should be taught in class. It is only after this that some people will understand the Constitution."
