    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, Kajiado headquarters has only four staff at the CID. That is; two officers at the rank of Corporal and another two officers at the rank of Constable. This has been so for the last ten years. The people of Kajiado County want to know:- (1) Why do they not have an Inspector or Chief Inspector? (2) Is this meant to frustrate investigations and prosecutions? (3) Has corruption got its way to block Kajiado not to have qualified officers to handle this? Mr. Speaker, Sir, those are the worries of the residents of Kajiado County."
