    "content": " Order, hon. Senators! I think the Majority Leader has concluded this matter by supporting the assertions by the Minority Leader which were provoked by the Senator for Mandera. So, let us leave it there, at this particular point. I think the issues are very clear. Your Speaker can only agree with the final statement made by the Senate Majority Leader; let the Bills flow. I think he has made a commitment. He is the Senate Majority Leader and nobody has capacity more than him. So, I expect Bills to flow from next week. Failure to do so, we may be forced to shame one or two people who have decided to subvert the Constitution. I will definitely ensure that nobody, at least from where I sit, does so.
