Kariuki for coming up with this Motion at this time when Kenyans are becoming very security conscious as a result of the incidences that we witnessed sometime, not long ago. The Mover of this Motion has stated what is worrying the 40 million Kenyans who reside in this country called Kenya. In the National Anthem, we have a stanza asking us to love and protect our country and we sing it with pride.
