    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, I wish to seek a Ministerial Statement from the Minister of State for Provincial Administration and Internal Security with regard to the circumstances surrounding the death of Mr. Solomon Mawaya Ngali on Wednesday 26th May, 2011. In the Statement, the Minister should:- (a) clarify the circumstances under which the police officers shot the deceased considering that an alarm was raised which attracted the police who rushed to the scene. (b) indicate the identity of the police officers who attended to the distress call and other people present at the scene. (c) confirm the persons who took the body of the deceased to the mortuary and the reasons why the next of kin were not informed and the action taken to apprehend the killers of Mr. Solomon Mawaya Ngali."
