Mr. Speaker, Sir, as I conclude, the domain and responsibility of ensuring that the two Houses do not pass unconstitutional legislation is our responsibility as the Senate and the responsibility of our brothers in the National Assembly. We should ensure that we do not pass legislations which on the day they are being gazetted, they are being declared unconstitutional. We need to pass Bills that once they get out of this House, they can function or have effect. We cannot just do business the way it is going on. I thank Sen. Hassan - among the many things we agree on are matters of law - for raising that important issue.
