It seems as if the Principal Secretaries do not understand whether, indeed, a Bill can emanate from the Senate or the National Assembly. It will be important, as you make that communication, to explain to the Principal Secretaries to understand that a Bill can come from the Senate and not necessarily from the National Assembly.
