    "content": "Madam Temporary Speaker, I withdraw and apologise. I do not want to take a lot of time because there are many who want to contribute to this. But I am hoping, as Sen. Kuti and Murkomen, have said that we will be discussing the Budget in the next three months. The honour that Lupita has brought to Kenya should be appreciated by giving money in the area of arts and culture and promoting this in schools. We should create academies so that Kenya continues to feature in that direction. Thank you, Sen. Dullo, for bringing this Motion."
