    "content": "Madam Temporary Speaker, from the outset, I want to thank the father and mother of Ms. Lupita. Indeed, if they did not take courage and let the girl follow her dreams, then she would not be the Lupita we are talking about. I also want to thank her for the Oscar award that she got which started way back in 1927. Indeed, we are proud to be Kenyans and Africans. When I look at my history I remember the Road to Timbuktu where we cried as Africans when our brothers and sisters were being carried away to become slaves. We should not forget our history. That is how we suffered for us to become what we are today. Today, in America, they look up to Africa. We, as |Kenyans, are proud because even their own President is an offspring of this country.
