    "content": "Thank you, hon. Speaker. The issue that the hon. Member has raised is very important. As a Committee, we have been discussing the matter of the retired teachers of 1997. Yesterday, we discussed with the Budget and Appropriations Committee on how to include in the Budget the amount that has been owed since 1997. On the issue of compensation, we need to go back to the Ministry. We will give an answer from the Ministry in two weeks’ time."
