    "content": "Hon. Speaker, this matter has taken very long. This is a matter of national importance. It concerns all of us. It is not a Gatundu North matter. I would ask that as many Members as possible be present once I am called. Since I serve in the same Government as the Committee Chairperson – the Government of kusemanakutenda – I would like to see this said and done once and for all, because the retired teachers are Kenyans who are entitled to their rights. I will wait for that time. It is not a long time. As you know, I am a patient vulture."
