    "content": "We all know that Kenyans asked for devolution because they felt that services had not reached certain areas. Going back to our own constituencies---In my old constituency of Kwanza, my area of Endebess was marginalized in terms of development. There is no tarmac road, no electricity and no good schools. All those are the challenges that made Kenyans vote for the new Constitution. Therefore, we are saying that we want all the areas to receive equal opportunities in terms of development."
