    "content": "So, I think that people who are in a hurry to change our Constitution, laws and structures of the Government should just wait until the next political cycle and run for the right offices that suit their temperament and intentions for the development of this country. If you want to be a Senator or a Member of the National Assembly, stick with that role. I am convinced that the County Governments Act of 2012 provides for institutions and frameworks for co-ordination between the governors, the Members of Parliament and the Senators. What we may be seeing here is a mistake that some of our governors have made by not sufficiently and proactively engaging with the Members of Parliament and other elected leaders in their counties and thus inviting suspicion and legislative over-reaction, as I see it; this makes people to even try to amend our Constitution."
