    "content": "me, my dear friends, my brothers and sisters in this honourable House, if we make the mistake of letting the Senators to be the chairs of the proposed boards at the county level, we will be asking for trouble. Let the governor, who ran for an executive office, be the governor. Let him chair. Let the Senator and other Members of Parliament participate in the boards, contribute to the people’s welfare and make sure that development is well- planned."
