    "content": "The people they are calling county commissioners are people who are supposed to be phased out as per the Constitution itself. The Bill is going to entrench their positions indirectly. Then what room will the governors have to manage the affairs of their respective counties, if we allow this kind of mischief to go unchallenged? Every right thinking Kenyan will not take it kindly that this House can connive with the Senate to pass a Bill of this nature and, therefore, without really saying much, I want to oppose this Bill and urge my colleagues to do so.
