    "content": "money. We know why people are building big airports or opening missions abroad. We are not in that level. That is why we are saying that we do not want to hear 48 governments. We know there is one national Government and the other ones are devolved governments. They are not big governments. We know that they have limited departments that they are handling. We want people to be given services. So, this issue of arguing who is powerful than the other, is not there. The essence is to share resources."
