    "content": "Therefore, I wish to appeal to this House to support this Bill because it is a good Bill. I know there are those again who have some fears that we will get ourselves muddled into the dirt that many of these governors have got into. For sure, there are those of us in this country who will not even wish to share a table with some of these governors. But in the interest of the people that we represent, I will share that table with any governor. The people of this country are facing many problems, including the Members of Parliament, who this morning could not get to this House because of problems that have been created by these county governments in levying taxes that are illegal. We can only solve those problems if there are fora where we can sit, articulate the issues in the best way that we do here and also articulate those issues back in the areas where we come from at the county level."
