    "content": "When we talk of this Board, if the Senator is chairing, it does not mean that he is taking over powers from the governor. We need to understand our ladies, the Women Representatives who are here; they do not have any kitty. I do not see any problem with them being the vice-chairs. As a matter of fact, it has come at the right time. I do not know whether you have realized that the Women Representatives have changed; now they are sitting on the other side. We must be able to know why they are doing that."
