    "content": "Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, it is very painful that today people had to walk to work, including Members of Parliament. I had to walk from Museum Hill to get to this House before the morning session ended because of the traffic congestion that was there. When I came here right outside this House, at the roundabout outside Intercontinental Hotel, matatus had blocked that road. We must understand that these are our young people who depend on these matatus and taxis for a living."
