    "content": "It is clear that this country incurred heavy economic losses this morning. Think about the amount of fuel that went into waste when thousands of vehicles on our roads were not in motion during the disruption of traffic flow; think about the number of children who were inconvenienced because they could not get to their schools on time; think about the number of workers who could not get to their respective places of work and think about the number of people who were arrested by the police and the towing of vehicles that took place in this county. It is all but economic loss. Why was this the case? This was because of a decision that was arbitrarily made contrary to the principles of governance stipulated under Article 10 of the Constitution which includes participation by the people."
