    "content": "Thank you, Temporary Deputy Speaker for giving me this opportunity. Today I was also a victim of this lawlessness that happened in Nairobi. A place that normally takes me 20 to 30 minutes at most, took me over five hours. I just could not believe it. I hope this is not something that we want to see repeated. Obviously, there are some challenges and I do hope that those who are charged with the responsibility of managing transport in the City of Nairobi will take their jobs seriously.
