    "content": "The second problem is that the chaos we are experiencing today were brought about by one individual; the former Member of Parliament for Juja, the late George Thuo. He conspired and “killed” the Kenya Bus Service. That is why we are not having an alternative means of transport. Therefore, the matatu industry has taken advantage of this situation and is blackmailing the Government and the public. When they go on strike, we fail to find an alternative and, therefore, until and unless we come up with an alternative transport, we shall continue suffering."
