    "content": "At this juncture, I would like to ask the national Government to crack their whip at the county governments. It seems that they have been given powers, which they are misusing at the expense of the common mwananchi . It is unfair. We are going to condemn it. We are asking the President of this nation to convene a meeting with the governors. The governors have gone beyond their mandates. We have seen them being condemned by the Auditor-General. What are they doing instead of responding to the queries raised by the Auditor-General? They have resorted to answering the Auditor- General through the media. The Auditor-General is not answered through the media. The Auditor-General is answered through responding to the audit queries that he raises."
