    "content": "Hon. Deputy Speaker, there is also the proposed amendment to Article 204 which says: “Recent audited accounts and approved by the National Assembly”. Two things are in play here. First, is “Recent audited accounts” and second is “approved by the National Assembly.” I would like to call upon PAC to speed up their work because the last audited accounts approved by this House were for the 2007/2008 Financial Year. If we were to go by that, we will not be doing justice to the people of this country. That is because we are now in the 2013/2014 Financial Year."
