    "content": "Thank you, hon. Deputy Speaker. I rise to support this Bill. I also thank very much hon. Lati for bringing it. Inequality is what has resulted in some parts of this country declaring themselves as not being part of this country. This Equalisation Fund is what will make us say with strength that Pwani is Kenya, Samburu is Kenya, Turkana is Kenya, Suba is Kenya and every part of this country is Kenya. Therefore, it is a matter that we must then look at very keenly."
