    "content": "all of us must be party to it and must own and protect it. I have read in the Press lately that there has been a factional call and one of the objectives is to protect devolution. One set of people cannot say that they will protect and defend devolution. Devolution is for all of us and we all support it. But where the mistake is, is to think that devolution equals to one office. It is not. It cannot be. That is not the devolution that we voted for. All of us will combine efforts and protect devolution. All of us will ensure that the ills that we have suffered because of centralization for many years will end in this era of devolution."
