    "content": "Thank you, hon. Deputy Speaker for giving me this chance to contribute to this Bill. To start with, I am one of the victims of inequality. I am one of the people who have been marginalized for all those years. This Fund is meant to bring the marginalized areas at par with the rest of the country. This Fund can bring good things to the people of Turkana East or the people of Turkana at large. When we talk about roads, water, electricity and schools, they are not there.
