Deputy Speaker, from the outset, I would like to state that I support this Motion and in doing so, I know too well that I represent an area that is very disadvantaged. It has less than 1 per cent of the population enjoying clean water and it would pride itself with having not less than five schools in the last 50 Kenya Certificate of Primary Education exams. It has only 800 meters of tarmacked road. It is a constituency where half of the population sleeps in the bush because of insecurity.
