    "content": "I want to end by thanking all hon. Members of this House for the bi-partisan spirit that they have exhibited in this Bill. The reason why you are doing that is because you care and you mind the marginalized areas of our country. We want to have good roads in northern Kenyan and all the other parts of our country that have been left behind since Independence. I want to thank all of you. I think this is a good spirit in this Parliament. I beg to reply."
