    "content": "Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, a number of my colleagues have expressed the fears on the constitutionality of this Bill. I do know that a number of us have issues with governors but we are stretching it too far. I want to invite the Speaker to look at Article 95 of the Constitution. It says:- “(1) The National Assembly represents the people of the constituencies and special interests in the National Assembly."
