Once the amendment is on the Floor of the House, it is going to be proposed, seconded and debated. At the end of the debate, we are going to vote on it. If it wins, it wins. You should be able to bring those strong arguments that you may have; that is it materially changing the Motion that you brought to the House. If the Members present agree with you, then that will be it."
