    "content": "On a point of order, Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir. I am surprised with the sentiments from Sen. (Dr.) Khalwale. This House of the Senate is not here to clean and clear people from the accusations or the offences that they could have committed outside there. Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, if Sen. Muthama is accused of trying to overthrow the Government of the Republic of Kenya, it is not the business of this House to try to clear that person, but the court of law.
