    "content": " Hon. Senators, I allowed that matter to be canvassed by more people and some had a bite more than once, for the very good reason that this is important. So, I will take the suggestion of the Senate Majority Leader that I spend a bit of time looking into this matter. The communications will be two. One will be in terms of oversight between the Senate and the county assemblies on matters of the county and the other one is about commenting on Committee business. If we gag the House and everybody reads about our goodwill from the Press that will not be good. The issue is not to gag the House. Those issues are critically important. We do not want to stop Senators from talking to their people if they demand such kind of discussions. However, that can be arranged in a manner that you do not have to be reported.
