    "content": "(Sen. (Prof.) Kindiki): Mr. Speaker, Sir, thank you for giving me the opportunity to contribute in support of this Motion. I want to make it very clear from the beginning that I am in total support of the excellent job of the Rules and Business Committee through a sub-committee that was co-chaired by two eminent lawyers of this country, the sons of this country who need no introduction; Sen. Kiraitu Murungi, Senator for Meru County and Sen. James Orengo, the Senator for Siaya County. The job done by this sub-committee is fantastic, the language used is simple, straight forward and clear. The proposals that are being made for amendment are quite clear and justifiable. Mr. Speaker, Sir, allow me to say a few things, I will not take a long time.
