    "content": "Thank you Mr. Speaker, Sir for allowing me to contribute in support of the work done by the Committee which has already presented its Report this afternoon for discussion and adoption. I am, personally, very happy that some of the issues covered here have answered my prayers. I have been praying that the Committee on Education, Information, Communication and Technology is split. It has taken almost one year for this prayer to be answered. As it is written in the Bible, God can answer a prayer in one day, after a month, after two years or it can even take forever. The prayers have been answered and we are happy about it. There are very many people who are happy with the developments that are covered by this Report. We have other Committees like the one on Agriculture, Land and Natural Resources, Energy, Roads and Infrastructure and the Committee on Health, Labour and Social Welfare.
