THAT, the Motion be amended by deleting the full stop after the word “approved” and deleting the proposed new Standing Order No.41(b) and replacing it with the following---” Mr. Speaker, Sir, before I go through the details of what it is that I am amending, I want to announce to the House the import of this amendment.
