    "content": "THAT, the Motion be amended by deleting the full stop after the word “approved” and inserting the following:- Subject to inserting an amendment to Standing Order 16 as follows:- a) By deleting paragraph (1) and substituting with the following:- 16 (1) There shall be a panel to be known as the Chairpersons panel which shall comprise three Senators to be known, respectively, as the First, Second and Third Chairperson of the Committees and who shall be entitled to exercise all the powers vested in the Chairperson of Committees. b) In paragraph (2) by deleting the word “two” and substituting therefore the word “three”."
