So, I just wanted to congratulate the Committee for coming up with very good recommendations that will enable us, as Senators and as the Government, to come up with ways to address these issues. I am so happy that, today, this Report is guiding us as Senators; and it is also guiding the Executive – those who will enforce their recommendations. Mr. Speaker, Sir, I know that right now, most Kenyans are not able to access electricity because the cost is so high. It is our mandate to ensure that the cost of electricity is reduced. So, this Report is really guiding us, and we shall know where to start so as to give good services to the people as per the needs of this country. With those few remarks, Mr. Speaker, Sir, I beg to support."
