    "content": "Thank you, Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir. I rise to support this Motion and Report on this very important energy resource. Kenya has never had enough power to run its economy. From the look of things, it appears that we may not in the very near future have enough power. Initially, we have depended on hydroelectric power which has served us very well so far.
