Is the Senate Minority Leader in order to mislead the House, when the Motion that he is trying to speak to is not the one which is in the Procedural Motion, in Order No.9? The one in Order No.9 is speaking to adjourning to a day other than the next day, but the one that he is speaking to is the Motion where a Member wants to adjourn to discuss a matter of national, urgent and grave importance. Is he in order to mislead the House?"
