Khalwale and in comparison to Standing Order No.98 (4)-- - Standing Order No.98 (4) reads:- “No Senator may speak in a debate on Bills, Sessional Papers, Motions or Reports of Committees for more than thirty minutes without the leave of the Speaker, but the Senate Majority Leader and the Senate Minority Leader may each speak for a maximum of sixty minutes.”"
