"content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I rise to second this Motion. This is a very important Motion in this House because it touches on the very leadership of the House. Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, the Committee on Finance, Commerce and Economic Affairs and the Committee on National Security and Foreign Relations are some of the very important Committees in this House and the leadership of this House must participate. Therefore, Sen. Wetangula, indeed, should be a Member of these Committees. Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, as you are aware, and as has been ably mentioned by the Senate Majority Leader, Sen. Dan Maanzo had a rude awakening. There was also, I think the Bangladesh Envoy, who had another rude awakening. We hope that, as we return Sen. Wetangula to these Committees, these issues can be interrogated and the Jubilee Government can be held to account, so that they can resolve security issues in this country. Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, as I conclude---"
