    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, to me, it does not matter, I want Sen. (Dr.) Khalwale to be fully utilized in this House and to serve in committees. I know there is a process. It does not matter how he comes to the committees. I know there is a process of splitting some of the committees, for example, the Committee on Agriculture, Land and Natural Resources which has so many portfolios. I want to encourage that this process be expedited so that we have more committees and we get Sen. (Dr.) Khalwale a slot in some of the committees. Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, having said that, we are all aware of the immense capability of Sen. Wetangula. I know he will make a difference in the committees that he is being proposed to serve. I wish him well as he embarks on those new duties. Thank you, Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir."
