    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I rise to support the Motion which is before the House. The two committees which were temporarily held by Sen. (Dr.) Khalwale and Sen. Okong’o Mongare were positions held by the Senate Minority Leader. These positions were decided on by the side of the coalition. He being the Minority Leader, first of all, he was put in this position so that when matters come to the House he is in a better position to defend them because he is in the Committee on Finance, Commerce and Economic Affairs, which is very key. As you know, we are currently having problems with county governments. I do not doubt the ability of my brother Sen.
