Senator has chosen to reduce it to an ethnic matter. This is about the decency, integrity and the seriousness placed on the Senate of the Republic of Kenya. With all due respect, even the Luhya have their traditional regalia and if we choose to bring here traditional regalia, there are even those who might choose to come here half naked, and the Standing Orders insist that we must cover our bodies to a particular degree.
