Orengo that in Uganda, where a very sensitive issue that captured the imagination of the international community – the issue that was touching on the rights of the so-called gays – the Chief Justice of Uganda completely kept quiet until now that the matter has been concluded by Parliament, is when now the Judiciary of Uganda wants to do what it was created to do – that is to interpret the decision by the Parliament of Uganda in denying the gays the rights that they have.
