    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I am not aware of a senior politician inciting the people in that area, but I am aware that there has been a series of meetings trying to reconcile communities. You will recall that there was an incident of the land that had been set aside for the IDPs, which the Government had bought to settle the Maasais. I recall that the Maasais rejected that particular land and a meeting was held in my office and it was agreed that the land reverts to the Government for research and the ADC instead of settling the IDPs.
