Members this way; if it was during the former system, you would have actually asked this question to a Minister who would have been in the House and he would have given you an answer. The reason why there is that opportunity for you to attend a session of the Committee when the Cabinet Secretary and others are present is so that you can ask them questions. If you go there, then there will be no need for you to come and ask your colleague, the Chair of the Committee, questions which you had the opportunity to ask the people who are involved.
