    "content": "Hon. Speaker, everything is in order. However, I rise under Standing Order No.83 and Standing Order No.212. I belong to a Committee called the Committee on Regional Integration. The Committee is established under our Standing Order No.212. It says thereunder:- “Committee on Regional Integration shall enhance the role and involvement of the House in intensification and development of the integration process in the East African Community (EAC) and the greater African region.” Hon. Speaker, we have now been in this Parliament close to a year. What has been happening - and this can be confirmed by the Chairperson of the Committee, hon.
