    "content": "Thank you, hon. Speaker. I appreciate entirely the comments and concerns raised by my very able member hon. Ochieng. But I think, hon. Speaker, that the truth must be told at some point. This is a Committee which we appreciate was formed by the Eleventh Parliament and so, this is the first time it has come into operation. There are times correspondence has come to the relevant offices but, instead of that correspondence being channeled to the relevant Committee, I think persons choose to forget that there is a Committee on Regional Integration.
